This condition has been exacerbated by recent concert performances, leading to problems with hearing, vision, and balance,”the official statement reads on his official’s website. The singer is undergoing specific physical therapy and has been advised by his doctors to refrain from performing as he recovers.“Billy is thankful for the excellent care he is receiving and is fully committed to prioritizing his health. He is grateful for the support from fans during this time and looks forward to the day when he can once again take the stage.”According to the statement, fans who had purchased tickets to an upcoming performance will be automatically refunded.”You don’t need to take any action to receive your refund. It will be automatically processed back to the original payment used for the purchase,” the satement reads on Joel’s website.
